Mission Critical Inspections Powered by Autonomous Robots
One route. Every compliance record your data center has to keep.
Catch the failure while it is still a work order, and hand the auditor the proof.
Autonomous Mobile Robots, Built for Critical Facilities
Ground AMRs run your facility route on a fixed schedule, holding the same position and angle on every pass. Advanced perception keeps them oriented, working around people and obstacles without losing the route. In pilot on a live data-center route.
Inspection drones and humanoid platforms are in development for the vertical and hands-on parts of the route.
One Plug-and-Play Sensor Hub. Every Machine in the Fleet.
A thermal camera tells you one thing. Nine compliance surfaces need more than one thing. Our plug-and-play sensor hub goes beyond thermal and visual into environmental, acoustic and vibration sensing, all on one unit, so a single robotic pass captures evidence across all nine surfaces instead of one.
Plug and play. Add a sensor, every machine in the fleet carries it on the next route.
Watch the Robot Run a Route
Sixty seconds of an autonomous mobile robot working a live server room, stopping at each checkpoint, capturing across every sensor, and recording what it finds.
Change a Record and It Tells On Itself
Change a value and the record stops matching itself, and it names the field you changed. Swap an image and the checkpoint flags a mismatch. Delete a record to hide a finding and the chain breaks across the gap. Widen the tolerance so a sloppy capture would pass, and every record points back at it, so the whole run fails at once.
The checking tool runs on your laptop. It never contacts us. Pull the network cable and it still works.
You don’t have to trust us. That’s the point.
One Orchestrated Route. Nine Compliance Surfaces.
One route. Consistent evidence.
A coordinated fleet runs your facility on the same route every pass, stopping at the same checkpoints, capturing from the same position and angle each time. Each machine carries the same sensor hub, so one pass produces thermal, visual, environmental and acoustic evidence across all nine surfaces below, instead of nine separate walks, nine forms and nine files.

Audit & Contract Evidence
FacilityOps AI provides autonomous inspection and evidence. It does not issue certifications, attestations, or compliance approval. Standards and frameworks apply where relevant to the facility, jurisdiction, AHJ, insurer, contract, or applicable requirement. Read more →
How FacilityOps AI Works
From Inspection to Verified Operational Records
FacilityOps AI transforms every inspection into a verified operational record.
Capture Inspection Evidence
Capture photos, readings, timestamps and inspection observations. Autonomous mobile robots run the route carrying the sensor hub, so the same points are captured from the same position and angle on every pass.
Every Capture Is Checked Before It Counts
At each checkpoint the robot verifies it is in the right position, looking at the asset the route names. If it can't get into position, it doesn't record a reading. It records that it couldn't, and why.
Generate Audit-Ready Records
Findings from one pass become one report covering electrical, cooling, fire and mechanical together. A person reviews it before it goes out, and nothing appears in the report that isn't in the findings behind it.
Compare the Same Place, Twice
Two captures of the same checkpoint from different runs, overlaid exactly, because the position was identical. That's what makes a comparison mean anything.
What Your Team Actually Gets.
Prove the Inspection Happened.
Every piece of captured evidence comes from a known checkpoint, at a known time, on a known route.
Change a Record and It Tells On Itself.
Alter a value and the record stops matching itself. Verify it on your own laptop, offline.
Comparable Trends, Not Isolated Readings.
Two people capturing the same connection produce two different numbers, because the standoff and angle differ. A robot captures from the identical position every time.
Catch Failures Early.
Find an overheating connection or a vibrating bearing before it fails, so the fix stays a work order instead of an outage.
